My dad, Aloys Ebe found this tractor in Aloha, Oregon (near Portland). According to the ACMOC registry, the serial number of this tractor indicates it is the last Model 10 produced in 1931. As a result, the tractor should be painted grey with red lettering. One can see the grey paint where the later applied yellow has flaked off.
