Father began custom tractor work avocation business in 1943 with new ford ferguson purchased. Eventually migrated to flat head Fords and finaly to Massey Fergusons and one JD40 (subsequently sold). In 1969, I took over the operation and concentrated on custom haying. Sold the MF165D, kept the MF35G, and bought JD720D and JD3010 to use on 60A at Custer. Still make hay on 6A north side in Bellingham city limits for use by youngest daughter's horses.
