Caravan
July 21 C2CC caravan starting at Schuh Farms 15565 State Route 536, Mount Vernon, WA. Coffee and cinnamon rolls at 9:00 and on the road with Tom Jensen "wagon master" at 9:30. Nearly a two hour tour in the Mount Vernon and La Conner farm country before arriving in La Conner. With the La Conner Mayor's permission the group of 22 classic Deeres drove the length of down town and parked near the yacht basin. Two hours in town and leaving La Conner through main street again at 1:30. Taking a different route via the Dodge Valley Road to the Skagit River and back thru some farm fields to avoid afternoon car traffic to Schuh Farms. Weather sunny and temperatures in the 70's. Lost only one tractor at the begging due to slow speed.
