Lynden Farmers Day Parade
35 Club tractors participated in the parade. The group unloaded the tractors in the field south of Lynden Washington Tractor and drove into Main Street for the staging. After an hour wait the parade started at 10:30 with our group number 7 in the parade. This year the group drove as the Puget Sound Antique Tractor and Machinery Association entry. Jim and Annette Hale were the Grand Marshalls. This is the 100 year anniversary of the Deere dealership. After the parade the group drove back to the Wa Tractor dealership for the John Deere Day display. The event included lunch, live music, wood carving, and kiddy rides. Loren Dahls display of horse drawn Deere implements was positioned outside of the show room.
