Bought new March 26, 1959 by Ray Jenkins, a LaConner area crop farmer. This was the only 830 sold in the northwest in 1959 or 1960. Ray farmed with this tractor until 1964 when he traded it in on a new JD 4020.

Chuck Arnold of Whidbey Island for 8.5 years and also traded it in for a JD 4020.

Franic Bergevin of Le Ell bought the 830 in 1973 and farmed with it until January 2010 when I was able to purchase it from him and bring it back to Skagit Valley.

Ray Jenkins was my father-in-law and he died one year before I was able to bring the 830 back home..
